The patented NC controlled nut welding unit MS 3 is the ideal tool for welding standardized welding nuts as per DIN 928 and DIN 929. For all other DIN nuts the appropriate welding projections are coined in the carrier material. As a complete package consisting of a mobile control cabinet with industrial PC, TFT touch-screen, positioning control, I/O bus module for connecting protections and functions, connection for cooling device, alternating current welding control B 50 with 50/60 Hz, current measuring and suitable transformator, the nut welding unit MS 3 as well as a feeding unit with swivelling device and nut singling, the nut welding system MSS offers you a very efficient solution.
